Raghav Polychem Pvt Ltd understands that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of an order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Standard Products: Orders for standard products may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of order placement, provided production has not begun.
- Custom Formulations: Orders for custom formulations may be subject to cancellation fees if raw materials have been procured or production has begun. The cancellation fee will be determined based on the stage of production and costs incurred.
- Post-Production: Orders that have completed production cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.

2. Return Policy
We strive to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:
- Eligibility Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Condition of Products: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following products cannot be returned:
- Custom formulated products specifically created to your specifications
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products with broken or removed seals
- Products that have been exposed to contamination
- Documentation: All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and a completed return form explaining the reason for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Complete the return form provided by our customer service team.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging along with the completed return form and original invoice.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect product shipped or defective product).
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, our refund process works as follows:
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
- Quality Inspection: All returned products undergo quality inspection to ensure they meet our return policy requirements.
